Return Eligibility

You may initiate a return for any reason within 60 calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. Products with verified quality defects are exempt from this condition and may be returned at any time.

How to Return

Log into your loccitanebestsale.com account, navigate to the relevant order, and submit a return request. Once approved, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions via email. Return shipping is entirely free—no cost to you.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. All transactions are settled in CAD (Canadian Dollars); bank processing times may cause slight variations in when funds appear in your account.

Important Notes

Gift sets must be returned as complete units—individual components cannot be returned separately. Complimentary gifts included with your order must also be returned; otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from your refund total.
