Order Confirmation

Orders must be paid within 30 minutes of placement or they will be automatically cancelled. Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered address, at which point the contract of sale becomes binding and fulfillment begins.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed and settled in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include all applicable taxes and duties. No additional fees are added at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and authorized third-party payment methods. All payment transmissions are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.

Inventory & Limits

Inventory levels update in real time. In the rare event an item sells out after you've placed an order, we'll contact you immediately by email or phone to offer a replacement or full refund (processed within 3 business days). Select high-demand products may carry per-customer purchase limits, noted on the individual product page.

Transfer of Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact support@loccitanebestsale.com immediately—we'll coordinate with the carrier on your behalf or arrange a replacement shipment.
